Event Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for on campus or non-ticket based events such receptions and professional networking panel discussions must be received no later than three days prior to the scheduled event unless otherwise noted on the registration form.

Refunds of ticket based events (i.e. off campus networking events, professional sports outings) may be requested, in writing, up to two weeks prior to the event and will be processed if tickets are purchased by another party.

Refunds will be processed the week following the event and will be made in the same tender as original purchase. Refunds will not include any donative portion of the event registration.

In the event of circumstances beyond its control, Saint Louis University’s Development Division reserves the right to amend or cancel any event.
