Saint Louis University is opening a limited number of rapid testing spots for COVID-19 available for students who live off-campus. These are first-come-first serve, and you must register using the following form.
Testing is optional and free. Your Banner ID is required to register, and registration is required to get tested.
Testing will take place between Monday, Aug. 17 and Wednesday, Aug. 19 from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. When you register, you will pick which one-hour time slot you want to be tested during. Please note, space is limited in each time slot.
After registering through this form, you will receive a confirmation email to your SLU email address, which you are required to submit during the registration process. You MUST present your confirmation email - either on your phone or a printed copy - when you arrive at your testing time at the Simon Recreation Center.

Again, this is optional testing. It is NOT required in order to start classes.
Prior to testing, please consider what your isolation plan would be if you were to test positive. Options could include isolating at your off-campus home, or returning to your permanent home.
